Balance Point provides a safe and loving environment for self-growth and
healing, bringing balance and harmony into your life and provides the student
the opportunity to learn and experience classes such as Hands on Healing,
Reiki classes, I, II Advanced and Master Reiki Certification, Hypnotherapy,
Massage, Meditation, Yoga classes, Shamanic Studies, Sweat Lodges, Women's
Spiritual Retreats, Aromatherapy, Healing with Essential Oils, Healing with
Herbs, Healing Properties of Gemstones, and Function and Awakening of the
Chakras.
    
A beginner course is open to all who are interested in learning the
healing art of Reiki. The contents of these workshops follow both
the traditional Usui method of natural healing and nontraditional
methods. Certificates are awarded upon the completion of the class.
All classes include a class manual. Continuing experience and
support is available to Reiki healers with support groups.
There are four levels of Reiki.
University of Phoenix - Continued Teacher Education
Reiki I - With the first attunement, the practitioner can do the basis energy
transfer.
Reiki II - Here the studies are much more involved and the practitioner is given
Reiki symbols with the second attunement to be able to perform absentee healing. Reiki
II practitioner can send Reiki over space and time, to a relative in a remote
location or even to a different lifetime and beyond. Individuals passing on can
benefit from receiving Reiki as well.
Reiki III - With the third attunement, the practitioner's ability to perform
Reiki is intensified and a decision can be made to move to the final level of Reiki
Master, that also a Reiki teacher.
Reiki Master - At this level the student receives final instructions and guided
to share this wonderful, bountiful and extremely rewarding gift with the universe.
The four attunements which take place over a week end class, open up
the healing channel within you to bring a higher level of conscious
awareness after which the Reiki energy can be channeled to heal
yourself, other people, plants and animals. Reiki I is the
introduction to Reiki and includes a study of its definition, origin,
Reiki principles, auras, introduction to chakras, benefits of Reiki
I, the Reiki hand positions, healing benefits of each hand placement,
Reiki ethics, the first Reiki symbol, preparation for attunement, and
the attunement itself.

This course is open to all Level I practitioners. Level II includes
further study of Reiki principles and you will learn to work with
some of the secret symbols revealed to Dr. Usui, and will receive a
powerful attunement which will intensify the effect of your
treatments. You will learn the benefits of 2nd degree
Reiki, what can be treated, Karma, Ethics, energy exchange, clearing
energy blocks, cleansing/balancing the auras and chakras. We will
learn how to do long distance healing and present the Reiki II
symbols, as well as prepare for and conduct the attunement itself.
